Attorney Erin Murphy
Erin Murphy earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from SUNY Brockport in Criminal Justice with a focus on Political Science and Philosophy. While a law student at Georgetown, she served as the Co-President of the Innocence Project and as a Board Member of the National Lawyers Guild. She has previously worked for Families Against Mandatory Minimums, a non-profit which advocates for sentencing reform in federal and state legislature.
Prior to joining the Dwyer, Donovan and Pendleton, she was a public defender with the New Hampshire Public Defender, a non-profit law firm providing representation to clients charged with criminal offenses. While there she litigated misdemeanor and felony cases, conducted training sessions for fellow public defenders and acted as a mentor. She has since expanded her practice to include Business Representation, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy and Family Law.
