Tom graduated from Villanova University in 1976 with a degree in English Literature.  He holds degrees in law from UNH-Pierce Law Center and Cambridge University (UK). He is an experienced litigator, representing business clients and individuals.  In addition to his legal practice, Tom has taught European anti-trust law at Franklin Pierce Law Center and criminal law at Hesser College.
